External Deck Tiles for Level-Up
Dimensions: 600mm x 600mm (24" x 24")
Made using a plastic base structure with a heat-treated wood finish (pine or ash). The main structure and the deck boards are joined by 36 fastening points.
The heat-treatment process is performed by exposing the wood to high temperatures of up to 220°C (428°F) in a stainless steel oven, without the use of chemicals, using only heat, steam and water. This process significantly reduces the possibility of shrinkage, swelling or cracking. The durability characteristics of the wood are also improved, reaching values similar to those of the best tropical hardwoods. Accessory kits that enable the dressing of the external sides of the deck tile installations are available.
Materials used: Made of heat-treated wood (pine or ash) or WPC Shield, on a high-performance PE-HD composite structure support.

Lateral Finishing Clips
Head and Base retainer clips are available to enable vertical side finishing for installations of floating floors in the absence of a lateral wall. The clips are specifically designed to be used with the Level-Up system and are available in three sizes to suit tiles of different thicknesses.
Also available are sprung Perimeter Spacer Brackets used to prevent contact between the floating floor and abutting walls. The specially shaped head allows normal movements for expansion and contraction while maintaining a gap between the wall and the floor.
