"Airtight" versions of Dakota drainage inspection chambers, also known as catch basins or catch pits, are provided with a hermetic seal and pre-cut outlet points on the bottom, with the possibility of mounting press tube fittings.

Many of the different size Dakota Catch Basins can be made waterproof with the use of a special seal and cover, thus providing a wide choice for installations of underground electrical cabling and junctions.

It has pre-cut outlet points on the bottom and can be drilled to accept all standard waterproof electrical sealing glands.
